Don't forget the Holiday Ho-Down Family Night. Tuesday, Dec. 17th @ 6:00 p.m.  It is going to be an exciting evening with great entertainment.  Make sure to stop by the Book Fair.  

     Also, just two more day until our Christmas Party (Wed) and we are so excited!!!  We have lots of fun activities planned and we can't wait!

Extra, Extra, Read All About It!!!!!  Just in case you didn't know, we have a celebrity in Room 11!!!  Yes, that is correct!  Take a look at our friend, Aidan autographing his advertisements featured in Southern Living Magazine!

      Well, we are definitely off to a great start!!!  We have accomplished so much since the start of school! Time has flown by!!!  I am sharing some pictures so you can see just what we have been up to lately.  While some pictures will be shared in blog posts such as this, I will be adding many additional pictures in the Photo Album (see tab at the top).           

     Also, take a look at the other tabs across the top of the page.  You can access the 2nd Grade Newsletter from the Newsletter Tab.  The Social Sciences, Math, and Language Arts Tabs all contain links for your child to access online games covering various topics/skills that we learning currently or have covered previously during the school year.  I hope you will have an opportunity to expose your child to them over the holidays.  I feel that they will provide a wonderful opportunity to review various skills and have a lot of fun in the process.  Let me know how it goes. :)
